Senior Product Designer
Rogers Digital builds and operates digital products for over 50+ media brands. We’re looking for exceptional design talent to craft outstanding experiences for our diverse audiences. 
 
We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Experience Design team at Rogers. The successful candidate is passionate about digital media, an extraordinary thinker that can contribute to each phase of the design process and deliver rich, intuitive digital experiences.

We’re looking for exceptional design talent to craft outstanding experiences for our diverse audiences. 
 
We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Experience Design team at Rogers. The successful candidate is passionate about digital media, an extraordinary thinker that can contribute to each phase of the design process and deliver rich, intuitive digital experiences.
 
Responsibilities
Design engaging digital experiences for our News and Entertainment brands, in addition to other lines of business across Rogers.
Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile/scrum methodology
Interpret requirements and translate them into quality user-centric outputs that balance the user goals, business needs, and technical specs 
Serve as a subject matter expert providing actionable recommendations and confidently standing behind them to obtain stakeholder buy-in 
Create UX deliverables - site journeys, user flows, wireframes, page hierarchy, while leveraging best-practices, research, testing, and analytics to inform decision making 
Creating high fidelity assets including prototypes and static mock-ups
Help to manage UX initiatives from the idea stage, through wireframe delivery to the development teams, to final QA 
Initiate and manage the process of testing and optimizing our deliverables, engaging the user research, analytics and digital optimization team as required.? 
Participate in stakeholder reviews, user testing sessions, ideation sessions and business acceptance testing to ensure a seamless end to end online experience. 

About You: 
Passionate about user experience and a champion of user-centric design ?3 years min of experience in product design: UX architecture, UI design, requirements, concepts, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing. ?Excellent relationship-building skills
Collaborative spirit and a positive attitude 
Ability to work independently and seek stakeholder engagement proactively?Excellent communication skills, ability to present and articulate your work to senior product stakeholders, front-end developers and brand and content teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating your talent, problem solving skills and design experience  ?Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in mobile design and responsive design , user-centered design, coupled with a strong acumen to think out-of-the-box
