Talent Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful completion of contract tenures for our contractors.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance to contractors regarding contract terms, extensions, redeployment, and related matters.
- Generate leads for business units to support our growth initiatives.
- Maintain the Talent Care sheet, updating it with new contractors, contract extensions, contract end details, and inactive contractors.
- Update CATS with contractor-related information for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team, providing references and consultant information for potential redeployment.
- Liaise with the payroll and admin team to ensure contractors are well-prepared for onboarding, familiar with payment and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management team for contractor performance evaluations, new leads, redeployment, and contract extensions.
- Conduct Satisfaction Surveys with existing contractors to gauge quality and loyalty.
- Create and distribute monthly/quarterly newsletters to contractors and clients.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges for branding, aid, and recruitment purposes.
- Contribute to increasing company profitability by streamlining the hiring process for redeployed candidates, making it a self-sustainable process within Talent Care.
- Support the Sales team as the face of EmergiTEL for VMS-clients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a staffing agency
- Recent graduates with a keen interest in starting their career in recruitment and consulting services are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
