Experience in Oracle RightNow Customer Portal Development, Widget customizations and Add-In Development.
Work experience in SQL
Work experience in .Net Framework, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Configuring the application
Designing UI & customization
Work with Data Migration team
Knowledge Management, Rules, Analytics, Custom Objects, ROQL.


Skill in

Implementing, maintaining and supporting third party systems


Knowledge of:

Current technology and trends in respective area of expertise such as business intelligence, document imaging, SharePoint, collaboration tools, mobile applications, etc.
Industry best practices and emerging technology trends
