Description:

        Develop and execute an Organizational Change Management Plan including: Change Management Strategy and Plans,
        Communication Strategy and Plans, which includes supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of internal (GNS) and external communications,
        Stakeholder Engagement Plans, including results, analysis and
        Training Strategy and Plans for internal (GNS) and external users, and
        Organizational Transition Plans.

•       Integrate Organizational Change Management activities into overall project plan.
•       Conduct Change Readiness Assessments to evaluate and ensure change readiness among stakeholders.
•       Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies, and work with the CSDS Project Manager to update any change management issues and risks in the Project Management (PM) log.
•       Apply Organizational Change Management processes to increase stakeholder engagement and support end-user adoption of process and platform changes required by the project.
•       Assess and report on the change impact on the organization.
•       Complete weekly change management status reports
