Senior Strategy Manager - 18914

As a Sr. Strategy Manager, you will be part of a highly creative and customer-focused team responsible to oversee and realize the end-end-end Sales Incentives roadmap for TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods (TAC). . You will be tasked to develop, update and evolve the customer experience and system processes. You will provide and implement best practice approaches where needed. With support from key representatives across channels, you will be the main liaison with partners across those channels to forge strong collaboration and synergies. In addition, you will use these insights to support Sales Incentives to accelerate global processes, and enable change management and adoption plans to meet the customized needs of each business unit.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Sales Incentive integration vision and visual with a customer first lens
• Provide thought leadership and best practices in realizing an TAC channel end state
• Manage relationships across channels and support subject matter experts
• Influence partners where change (people, process, technology) is required
• Be a strategic partner, partake in planning sessions, develop roadmap and ensure business alignment and interlock
• Remove strategic roadblocks and resolve challenges with adoption and risk
• Educate/Inform partners and internal team members on channel progress via regular meeting facilitation or other forms of updates
• Oversee vendor relationship management and provide leadership on specific projects

• Superior consulting skills, verbal communication, presentation skills at the executive level and in a virtual setting
• High attention to detail
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others and come to a sound resolution quickly
• Able to work with ambiguity
• Strong decision making, problem solving and the ability to work independently
• Leadership ability in resolving conflicting priorities and roadblocks
• Critical thinking and problem solving

• 10+ years of related work experience
• Demonstrated experience and success with strategic relationship management at an senior executive level
• Demonstrated experience in consuming large amounts of information and being able to synthesize into key themes and identify areas for action
