Program Manager

Job Description

Summary:

Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement. Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment. Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts. Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Large scale implementation, highly complex and highly visible project experience.
  • Large scale transformation implementation experience.
  • Background in Financial Services.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple LOBS preferably within Corporate Properties or Supply Chain Management.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to speak to an executive presence.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Corporate Properties/Real Estate Industry (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
  • Ability to course correct large programs (Preferred)
  • PMP, Six Sigma Certification and/or Agile Certifications (Preferred)
  • Experience with Clarity Project Management tool (Preferred)
