The Third Party Rep, is client facing and owns the relationship for our Third Party Printing Service.
Meet with the clients on a regular bases, supports the client with Print expertise. Ability to translate print specifications and send them off to the printers for quotes.
Respond back in a timely manner to the clients, good written and communication skills in both English and French.
Manage a project file (Excel), client information, status, cost, vendor, notes. Will be responsible for invoicing, PO process, etc.
Casual Work attire. Pick-up and delivery from some vendors to some clients when needed. – Paid on-site parking
On-site, no remote working
Bilingual English/French – Mandatory (oral, written)
Good Customer Service - Mandatory
Good Computer Skillset -Mandatory
Third/Digital Print Knowledge – Mandatory
License/vehicle – Mandatory
Invoice/PO knowledge – Nice to have
Physical: Lifting 25lbs

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Primary resource for all document production needs of the client (potentially forms, document design, replenishment stock) for both litho/web printing as well as digital print solutions
• Manages Customer relationships, partnering with Business Unit document owners to meet document production needs in a cost-effective manner
• Promotes the print services of the  or client production print center (where applicable)
• Converts appropriate applications to digital platforms
• Ensures that savings targets are met (if applicable) and recorded for various deliverables
• Interfaces with preferred suppliers, both internal and external as required
• Manages the various process requirements, such as attending forms committee, documenting production quote process, purchase order creation, proof exchange and approval, delivery date follow up, and client billing
• Ensures appropriate documentation and reporting
• Develops a solid understanding of key customer forms, documents and applications
• Consultative approach • Coordinates the creation and revision of forms and client documents
• Works closely with end-users to promote and educate on the various services available

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of print industry experience either in a production and/or project management
• Minimum of three (3) years in a customer relationship role
• Experience in print estimation
• Familiar with document production techniques
• Experience with commercial / transaction print / digital print
• Direct Mail Experience
• Ability to work independently or with minimal direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license
• Account management experience
• Print procurement experience with commercial print vendors
• Print inventory management and tracking experience preferred

EDUCATION:
• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associates Degree
