Responsibilities of the Intermediate Business Analyst include:
• Partner with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to create and document all business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Define and document current state and future state Finance processes.
• Support system functional testing, acceptance testing and end-user training.
• Develop detailed specifications documentation from which solutions will be developed, designed, coded, and tested.
• Support functional testing, acceptance testing and end-user training in Dynamics 365 to ensure alignment with Supply Ontario’s needs and best practices.
• Assist with the implementation, testing, and documentation of system changes to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Support Finance team members in understanding Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
• Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems is an asset.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in business analysis and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proficient usage of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
