Key Project Deliverables for the OCM include, but are not limited to:
• Analysis of change readiness, impact and delivery of change management plans for digital solutions.
• Ability to design/execute workshops and effective training sessions for a variety of internal, external and public stakeholders.
• Ability to advocate and communicate the ways of working to create and build trust and authenticity with stakeholders.
• Assess change readiness and impacts to the organizational business partners
