The Enterprise IT Services team is looking for Fee-for-Service (FFS) resources to assist in standing up and maturing our IT capabilities, directly supporting the strategic vision and expected outcomes for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Overall Project Oversight:

·       Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of key priority projects.

·       Ensure alignment of projects with the agency's strategic goals and objectives.

2.     Client Relationship Management (CRM) Tools:

·       Direct the implementation and optimization of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements and functionalities.

·       Drive user adoption through effective training and change management strategies.

3.     Development of IT Governance Framework:

·       Lead the establishment of a robust IT governance framework for the new agency.

·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to define governance policies, procedures, and standards.

·       Implement IT governance policies and ensure adherence across the organization.

·       Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

·       Identify and assess IT-related risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

·       Ensure the integration of risk management practices into the IT governance framework.

4.     Knowledge, Records & Information Management:

·       Lead the development and implementation of knowledge and records management systems.

·       Ensure compliance with information governance policies and regulatory requirements.

·       Facilitate training programs on information management and knowledge sharing.

5.     Operational Support:

·       Oversee projects related to operational support functions, collaborating with IT, HR, and support departments.

·       Implement technology solutions to optimize operational processes.

·       Monitor and report on key performance indicators for operational support initiatives.

 

General Skills

·       Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex IT projects

·       Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in engaging and communicating with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management.

·       Change Management: Proficiency in managing change within an organization, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies and processes.

·       Data Management: Understanding of data management principles, especially in the context of unstructured data and compliance requirements.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

·      Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

·      Relevant professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) would be valuable.
