Position Description
This service personal will be responsible for provide connectivity solution and prepare technical
guidance for telecom network growth and create innovative solutions to address optimization
and consolidation network transformation for a large transmission network consist of microwave
& transport leased (fiber) backhaul system.
Service Accountabilities:
 Architecture and detail engineering design of Microwave Transmission Network
 Plan and design solution for the connectivity.
 Perform network capacity analysis considering market growth and prepare short, mid &
long term demand mitigation plan.
 Detail network design with radio transmission planning tools (Pathloss5, Connect, Mapinfo)
 Perform path studies, propagation analysis and radio link design ensuring performance &
availability.
 Working with MICS tools and perform PCN coordination.
 Perform radio frequency planning and submit spectrum application to ISED.
 Ensure microwave network stability, reliability and establish into deliverable design.
 Evaluate the design with alternate technological solutions.
 Resolve site queries, attend site meetings, inspection, survey and audit for the design &
Engineering.
 Develop, deliver and accountable for rollout, network redesign & optimization work orders. 
 Perform topology migration, capacity mitigation & transmission network optimization.
