We are looking for a Specialized IT Consultant for a Hybrid role:

Responsibilities: 

• Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related to TLS/SSL Certificate Renewals.
• Sign certificates with active certificate authority VOR. Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database.
• Process incidents or work orders as assigned within SLA.
• Work with team to deliver on DCO Service Change and Fulfillment CRQ work load.
• Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related DCO technical Services work requirements.
• Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database for impacts related to changes or incidents.

Deliverables:

1. Support TLS/SSL Certificate signing 
2. Support DCO Technical Services for other CRQ work loads
3. Hybrid Work Environment - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote work
