IT Asset Management is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to assist with the operations of software, hardware orders and lifecycle management of software & hardware assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing software & hardware request tickets & managing the queue
- Creating purchase orders in Oracle HCM as required
- Working with other teams & vendors to ensure product is procured
- Running reports to harvest software information from disposed PCs
- Processing decommissioning request tickets
- Assist in managing the group mailbox
- Participate in IT Asset Management activities as required
Required skills would be:

Advanced skills in Microsoft office (especially excel) is required
•
Good communication skills are necessary
•
Self-starter, motivated and results oriented collaborator
•
Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have an ability to find creative solutions
•
Strong teamwork skills, but ability to work independently
