Description of Work:

As a Salesforce Consultant - Experience Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives related to customer engagement and digital experience.
  • Design and architect Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including Community Builder, Lightning Templates, and Experience Cloud sites, to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for content management, user authentication, security, and scalability within Experience Cloud.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and training.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients and stakeholders in maximizing the value of Experience Cloud.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates, trends, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including Community Cloud and/or Customer Community licenses.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
