Description of Work: The incumbent will lead the technical implementation of the EBX platform/project. The EBX project is addressing the critical need to replace an outdated Teller application in our branches with a current market product. The incumbent will: Provide coordination, planning, and direction for the technical infrastructure configuration, installation, and production go-live for the EBX implementation. Lead the collaboration with the vendor and other stakeholders to diagnose and solve technical issues. Test and prepare the change to deliver the fixes to the production environment and manage the entire change & release management. Actively engage with different IT teams to define dependency and prepare changes accordingly. Lead initiatives for optimization, upgrades and innovation within the platform. Ensure compliance with industry and security standards Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of the application Design external and internal support processes Identify the gaps between business requirements & technical configurations, prepare alternatives to the flow or alternatives configurations. Requirements Required Skills and Experience: Experience working with highly available systems Experience with Kubernetes or another containerization engine Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments, preferably on GCP Knowledge of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL). Experience in administering, implementing and supporting platform technologies Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including ServiceNow with Particular focus on handling of IT Service Catalogue Vendor management experience
