Description of Work:

Purpose
Oversee a portfolio of Data & AI sustainment initiatives in areas that include platform
sustainment, robotic process automation, regulatory reporting, and data & AI governance
maturity.

Responsibilities
● Oversee and monitor progress, budgets, schedules, and resource plans across a
portfolio of Data & AI sustainment initiatives
● Develop portfolio health metrics, KPIs, and standard reporting to measure progress
and team utilization
● Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
● Drives cross-functional collaboration and planning across the Data & AI team
● Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across
multiple projects
● Coaches team on project delivery process, such as writing useful user stories and
managing backlog
● Work with the Data & AI Leadership team to support the close-out of projects and
transition to sustainment or operations
● Ensures team members are effectively onboarded onto projects
● Supports planning, preparing, and conducting of project delivery ceremonies
● Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders

Relevant Experience
● 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management
● Strong program management skills in handling large-scale Data & AI projects,
including strategy development and cross-functional coordination.
● Experience in Data & AI operations and sustainment management is considered an
asset
● Experience with various Data & AI platforms, tools and technologies is considered
an asset.
● Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams and mentoring
junior team members
