  • Drive the development of 1:1 and marketing programs to our Consumer Health user base
  • Build strong relationships across health, product and Go To Market teams
  • Negotiate access and secure placement in multiple business-unit customer lists during quarterly planning sessions
  • Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to communicate offers in a consistent voice and brand, driving performance against benchmarks
  • Ensure CASL and privacy compliance of all communications
  • Manage multiple agency partners to bring to market leading 1:1 communications driving strong product adoption
  • Manage quarterly and annual communications planning calendar
  • Single point of contact for creative development of all 1:1 and Channel creative
  • Challenge the status quo by experimenting with new approaches, tools and techniques to better engage our customers and develop ways to improve our business bottom-line
  • Make decisions based on data. Routinely track and evaluate campaign results to inform future campaigns. Present findings to broader team and leadership
  • Know your numbers, aligning tactics and plans to meet program goals, rallying the TELUS team on your progress
  • Have customer empathy and an ability to see things from the customer’s perspective, with an understanding that every decision impacts the customer experience

You have a passion for the health and well-being of Canadians and knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment. You are not afraid to try new things and are able to build a network quickly and leverage it to innovate and successfully execute. People would describe you as creative, detail oriented, results-driven and someone who makes things happen.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Background in marketing communications or agency (1:1 experience an asset)
  • Track record of collaborations leveraging internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships, meet tight deadlines and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to make strategic recommendations on targeted initiatives and rally a team behind a common goal
  • Think out of the box and always looking for new and unique ways to reach customers
  • Desire to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done

Required Professional Designation/Certification & Experience:
  • 3- 5 years progressive experience in Marketing or agency
  • Health/telecom/industry experience and exposure to a variety of marketing roles would be an asset
  • A degree or equivalent marketing and business experience is required.
  • Background and expertise with digital marketing and 1:1 an asset within your education and/or experience
Must to have skills: 
1. Background in marketing communications or agency
2 Ability to track, organize and interpret campaign results and present recommendations to senior team members
3. Meet tight deadlines and be comfortable with ambiguity

Nice to have skills:
1. Background with 1:1 email marketing experience
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize asks
3. Ability to take initiative and be self-directed, adaptable and innovative
