1. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, overall structure and developing, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lighting pages, Components, Community, and other development tools.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce Process, Flow and all kinds of Email Templates.
3. Proficiency in Third party configuration, such as Amazon AWS, Zuora, etc
4. .Prefer to have Salesforce Platform Developer II Certificate
