Senior Software Developer CRM

Job Description

Background Information:

The purpose of this request is to acquire a Senior Software Developer - CRM who will assist in the implementation of several Salesforce projects that require external expertise in software development.

The increased scope of program delivery supported by Health Force’s Salesforce necessitates an improved and streamlined client intake process and reimagined person account. A Sr. Salesforce Developer will have the expertise to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner.

Must haves:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Intermediate experience in coding
  • 4-6 years experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Software Developer - CRM will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above. 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools
  • Experience using Experience Cloud builder 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience building visualforce pages
  • Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs
  • Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms
  • Intermediate level of coding experience required

Deliverables

• Create, test, and implement HTML VisualForce pages to support program intake.

• Review and improve existing VisualForce intake forms.

• Create HTML VisualForce templates and detailed instructions to support modifications and adding future content.

• Re-develop Salesforce Account structure to accommodate a standard approach to intake and client data management.

• Set up new client intake journey in Salesforce and update current client accounts to reflect new person account structure.

• Assist in the development of a client portal utilizing Experience Cloud and community licenses.
