Job Title: Salesforce Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver high-quality training for Salesforce ERP at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Salesforce ERP training in large organizations, with a focus on providing comprehensive, hands-on instruction for users of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Salesforce ERP training programs for end-users, administrators, and managers across the organization.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring clear and engaging instruction.
• Create and update training materials, user guides, and tutorials to support different learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the training aligns with business needs and system functionality.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and develop custom training solutions as required.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce ERP systems.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Trainer with a focus on Salesforce ERP training at an enterprise level.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ERP modules and functionalities, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually, with the ability to engage and manage large groups of learners.
• Experience developing training materials, including presentations, user guides, and e-learning modules.
• Ability to tailor training approaches to different roles, learning needs, and organizational goals.
• Familiarity with best practices in adult learning and corporate training programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Certified Instructor or Administrator, is a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Background in change management or organizational development is beneficial.
