Job Description:

  •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ( entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views)
  • Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Field services
  • Hands on with D365 customer service
  • Knowledge on Power Platform components like Power apps, Power Automate flow, Canvas Apps
  • Working knowledge on D365 marketing (Customer Journeys)
  • Experience with API testing in Dynamics 365 CRM, using tools like Postman, Swagger
  • Preferred Qualifications:
     Microsoft certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals(CRM) or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
