Network Analyst - TIT1209

Job Description
Provide high quality external customer service surrounding the company values.
Design, implement/migrate and support both physical and Cloud (AWS) networking including
- Cisco ASA,
- Cisco Firepower,
- Cisco ASR,
- Cisco DUO,
- Cisco ISE,
- Wireless APs etc
.
Design, document and implement network infrastructure migration to AWS cloud.
Lead the documentation processes including network diagrams, utilization of
monitoring/resource/inventory management tools.
Ensures all network infrastructure engineering patterns are appropriately designed to meet our SLA
requirements.
Provide recommendations for improving overall network performance.
Assist with the resolution of escalated issues.


Qualifications:
Degree in Networking or related technologies.
10+ years of experience in IP-based large environment strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience Cisco network hardware, software, LAN/WAN and Data Center
infrastructures and connectivity.

Demonstrated in-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol, specifically relating to the routing of
IP packets (BGP, EIGRP, MPLS)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, in an organized, methodical and
pleasant manner
Ability to take ownership and co-ordinate resolution of network related problems
Provide expert technology platform support of change control process including impact analysis,
method of procedure review, implementation and verification
Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Customer service focused and portrayed energy, professionalism and welcoming characteristics.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive and pressured situations.

Ability to identify issues and help develop strategy and tactical plans for various department
initiatives.
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Expert level knowledge of network administration, architecture and engineering in mission critical
environments.
Eligibility to work in Canada.
