Job Description:  

• We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator (Third Party Relationships) to join ATB for a short-term contract until December 31, 2024. The Strategic Sourcing Coordinator will work closely with our Strategic Sourcing team, supporting the end to end process of the ATB Financial vendor and contract life cycle. The role will assist the Strategic Sourcing team with a variety of initiatives including drafting documents, facilitating contract renewals, database entries, contractor labour requests, cleaning up documents, and assisting with day to day sourcing activities. The Strategic Sourcing Coordinator will work closely with both the technology and banking/operations Strategic Sourcing teams.

• Experience with Google Workspace, SAP Concur purchasing module and/or with ServiceNow
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects at the same time
• Previous IT contracting and/or buyer experience would be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management

 

Project Description:

• Working closely with our Strategic Sourcing Specialists and Managers on end to end contract drafting assistance, such as drafting basic Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, change orders, and renewal letters
• Assisting with basic contract renewals, including asking third party vendors for quotes, discounting, and price caps, prior to contract expiry
• Facilitating contract labour requests and creating contractor entries in ATB’s contract labour system
• Creating and transmitting purchase orders
• Inserting contract entries into ATB’s contract database
• Following various contract procedures to abide by security, privacy, and risk policies
• Assisting with clean-up and document administration
