What You Will Do In This Role:

 Strategy and Planning:

• Act as a Salesforce expert, driving platform capabilities and contributing to strategies.
• Collaborate with CRM leadership and integrated teams to meet solution requirements.

 Solution Delivery:

• Develop cloud-based solutions and ensure alignment with architectural blueprints.
• Deliver project outcomes on time and within budget, meeting business and technical needs.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical designs, ensuring system accuracy

Organization Capability Building:

• Develop and communicate architecture for specific solutions.
• Influence strategic capabilities and promote platform adoption throughout the organization.
• Maintain architectural blueprints and guide architectural decisions

What You Bring To The Table:

• A university degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
•  Salesforce Certifications (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce solutions, including large-scale implementations.
• 5 years in a solution/technical architect role within complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions, Salesforce technologies, security, data management, and application design.
• Expertise in architecture and Salesforce best practices, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to align enterprise direction with business needs, build consensus, and influence key stakeholders.
• Non-profit experience is a plus!
