Description:
 
Working under the direction of the OCIO Project Manager, the responsibilities of the Senior BA – QA will include, but not be limited to the following.
 

• Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure they align with business goals.
• Participate in acceptance testing and beta testing to validate software functionality.
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of software products and provide actionable feedback.
• Document detailed test scenarios and scripts derived from business requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 
Other duties

• Completing any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success.
• Assisting the OCIO Project Manager as required.
• Preparing or assisting with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the OCIO Project Manager.
• Working closely with the vendor project team as required.
