 Partner Onboarding Sr. Manager 

Company’s Sr. Partner Onboarding Manager team is growing as the firm continues to take on new engagements. As such, the team is seeking a Sr. Partnership Onboarding Manager. In this role, this individual will program manage new clients from the latter stages of the sales cycle through their implementation. This role will oversee cross-functional Company teams composed of business and technology resources. The role also requires a heavy focus on relationship management with Company’s clients. 

You will be responsible for… 

various client implementations of Company’s SaaS platform simultaneously SDLC / Agile hybrid delivery model in overseeing cross-functional delivery teams as liaison between client and Company technology teams and maintain project documentation continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people develop and maintain program delivery KPIs deep, long-lasting relationships with Company’s clients and execute on opportunities for additional professional services offerings for client 

Qualifications / Experience: 

  • Proven track record of 6-8 years as a program manager, ideally within management consulting or a SaaS startup (Fintech experience is highly desirable). 

  • Managed all facets of program management, including stakeholder expectation setting, budget oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within an organization.  

  • Led multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of key milestones within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. 

  • Established and maintained strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to drive program success. 

  • Developed and implemented program management processes and best practices, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. 

  • Directed cross-functional teams comprised of members from various departments, fostering a cohesive working environment and promoting a culture of accountability and ownership.  

  • Adapted program management methodologies to fit the needs of each project, leveraging both waterfall and agile approaches as appropriate. Skills: 

  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, successfully leading diverse teams to achieve project objectives. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.  

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and/or Team Foundation Server.  

  • Practical experience in both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies. Familiarity with managing globally distributed teams. 

  •  Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. High integrity, ethical professionalism, and outstanding judgment. Bonus: 

  • Property & Casualty insurance or Insurtech experience Knowledge of P&C insurance distribution and technology toolsets
