ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Equipment Monitoring: -- Monitoring of individual orders through IMP1 -- Escalation notice of delayed orders -- Confirm equipment orders are accurate & resolve issues with incorrect devices on order -- Quality Assurance of ValueQuix order -- Setup and maintenance of XOS Order Tracking Spreadsheet (Shipping Log) -- Communication with individual carriers : (Scheduling deliveries, determine zone runs, resolving issues) • Pre-Delivery Coordination: -- Scheduling of Site Walk
Validate site is ready for implementation (Site Readiness Issues, Building Access, etc.) -- Confirm customer resources -- Setup of individual trainers and installers (Analyst, 3rd party/Work Nexus, Superior) -- Distribution of asset tags, Pre-Toner order, training and installation sheets. -- Provide implementation procedural requirements to the Implementation Manager and/or the Implementation Lead and assist in escalations
Reporting: -- Adherence to Black Belt project process flows -- Update, post, and review Site Workbooks -- Update and distribute Daily Ship Log -- Facilitate
Implementation Status Calls with account team (VSE, PM, GPE) to review up- dated XOS Order Tracking Spreadsheet -- Asset Disposition Report data entry and validation -- Adherence to 2 day SLA for post install Asset Disposition Report to Asset Manager -- Use of tools for role (Visibility Tool, A-tool, IMP1, XOS Order Tracking Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook) -- Provide status on site completion
Workers must be able to travel if needed and expense their travel costs for reimbursement • Workers must be able maintain a virtual office and expense any approved reimbursements

Minimum: 3 years Project Coordination or Administrative Executive Experience • 3 yrs. project management experience
