Our team focuses on system and environment stability, availability, efficiency, and access, which are required to enable Fully Managed to provide comprehensive support to our customers, including a wide variety of day-to-day IT management, cybersecurity services, helpdesk response, digital transformation services, and technology strategy. Everything our team does is to enable a Fully Managed team member to better serve our customers.
What you’ll do
Drive consolidation and standardization through business analysis, technical assessment, planning, and execution of integration projects and tasks
Partner with internal team members to provide technical support, administration, and security of internal servers, SaaS and local applications, and networks
Collaborate with people within Fully Managed and across the wider organization at all levels on projects relating to internal infrastructure and applications
Support systems, and people at all levels, in all locations, in their use of those systems, including support and security escalations, and project task execution
Develop, document, support, and follow best practice processes for implementation, configuration, administration, and security of environments including Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server
Analyze environment escalations and issues to complete resolution including documented root cause analysis
Coordinate and partake in the collection of security audit evidence while managing sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Engage with IT vendors to build and maintain relationships, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
What you bring
5+ years’ experience within Microsoft ecosystems including Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server
Proficiency in a wide range of MSP tools, both SaaS based and locally hosted
Knowledge of power shell and windows scripting to automate administration tasks
Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks (Cisco Meraki experience is preferred)
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Excel.
Experience with backup solutions, Datto experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in working within and improving upon security framework & policies, including PoLP, SOC2, etc.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; including within regular documentation
Demonstrated ability to use problem solving techniques to resolve issues to root cause analysis
Exceptional level of integrity and work ethic, resulting in a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and compassion
Great-to-haves
Experience collaborating with vendors such as ISPs, software/hardware, etc., to resolve technical issues
Experience in business analysis with focus on information technology systems and processes
Experience in IT integrations, preferably in a managed service provider environment
Understanding and experience of working with formal change management and rollback planning strategies and processes
