Job Description: Role:
- Review and analyze complex records and information management issues and support their re solution
- Develop and provide business requirements to support compliance goals and user expectation in ECM systems
- Develop and socialize policies, standards and guidance to support effective management of records and information
- Management of DocuSign processes; evaluations of forms for electronic signatures; and assessments of third party electronic signature platforms as required
- Engage in Scrums where data classification and information management needs are discussed; ensure required tasks are identified and implemented
- Participate in the implementation and ongoing compliance monitoring to ensure that all privacy concerns, requirements and responsibilities are addressed
- Developing retention schedules by evaluating records series according to business function.
- Gathering information from stakeholders regarding timely updates of retention schedules.
- Reviewing retention schedules prior to implementing disposition actions.
- Assist on projects and initiatives as required.

Skills:
- Post secondary education with a focus on information or business, or significant, relevant work experience.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in ECM tools including Google Workspace, Box or Docusign
- 10+ years experience in records and information management
- Ability to support additional projects as required, working with management & technology to implement process enhancement linked to key records management initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Significant experience working collaboratively with business team members to understand, analyze, and articulate data requirements and recommend solutions
- Experience with Salesforce and nCino
