As a Facilities Associate, you'll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete.
• Area walkthrough and report any HSE issue
• Paint & patch
• Small repairs : like chairs , tables ,
• Organize and clean kitchenette when needed
• Discuss with client for any needs and report it to Sr Facility manager
• Create and close WO in Si7 system
• Assist contractors when needed
• Received package , unpack and distribute to appropriate Novartis associate
• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
Years of Experience needed: 2-3 years of job-related experience
Level of Education: HS Diploma or GED
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook
Top Must have Skills: Autonomy , Communication, and hand agile (small building work)
Top Nice to have Skills: Creative and agile
