As a Research Coordinator, you will support our client’s research department with day-to-day administrative and research-related duties, assisting sales professionals with market intelligence and property-related research requests.

Team Overview

The role sits within a research team, working closely with researchers and supporting brokerage/sales activities.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Sales team members will contact this role with research and information requests. Tasks may include:

  • Corporate searches

  • Calling other brokerages for market information

  • Zoning searches

  • Title searches

  • Contact database management

  • Taking property photos

  • Creating listing surveys

  • Demographic reports

  • GeoWarehouse reports


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized with ability to track priorities and urgent requests

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car

  • Previous experience in real estate or brokerage environment
