As a Research Coordinator, you will support our client’s research department with day-to-day administrative and research-related duties, assisting sales professionals with market intelligence and property-related research requests.
The role sits within a research team, working closely with researchers and supporting brokerage/sales activities.
Sales team members will contact this role with research and information requests. Tasks may include:
Corporate searches
Calling other brokerages for market information
Zoning searches
Title searches
Contact database management
Taking property photos
Creating listing surveys
Demographic reports
GeoWarehouse reports
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized with ability to track priorities and urgent requests
Valid driver’s license and access to a car
Previous experience in real estate or brokerage environment
