Job Title: Marketing Lead (Full-Time)

With 19+ years of success, we are expanding our brand across borders and industry verticals—and we’re looking for a self-driven, innovative Marketing Lead who can take ownership of all marketing functions and help us scale.
As the Marketing Lead, you will be the sole architect of emergiTEL’s marketing engine. This is a high-impact, full-spectrum role ideal for a hands-on, creative, and analytically-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You’ll lead all aspects of digital marketing, content strategy, employer branding, campaign management, and marketing automation—including owning our marketing tools like trakwork and enhancing our digital presence (especially on LinkedIn).
You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts align with our business objectives and contribute directly to pipeline growth, brand visibility, and candidate/client engagement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with emergiTEL’s growth goals in Canada, US, and UAE.
Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent and clients through compelling storytelling.
Craft positioning and messaging frameworks for emergiTEL’s various business lines including Staffing, EOR, and Trakwork automation.
Plan, write, and publish high-impact LinkedIn content, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and case studies that highlight industry insights, recruitment best practices, and success stories.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to support sales, recruitment drives, and new market entries.
Coordinate visual content and creative assets with design contractors or platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma).
Own and operate trakwork and other martech tools to automate marketing tasks (email drips, nurturing flows, job marketing).
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, conversions, and lead generation.
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, leads, bounce rate, etc.) to continuously improve effectiveness.
Create customized marketing assets to support sales proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and industry presentations.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to deliver industry-specific insights and campaigns for verticals like IT, Telecom, Healthcare, and GRC.
Manage and grow emergiTEL’s social media presence with a special focus on LinkedIn.
Promote emergiTEL’s thought leadership through speaker events, webinars, client panels, and DEI-related conferences.
Monitor competitor and industry activity to ensure emergiTEL stays ahead in visibility and positioning.
5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, recruitment, or tech/service sectors).
Proven experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand storytelling.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (ideally trakwork, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Strong command of LinkedIn content strategy, including personal and company page branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to make marketing decisions.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable being a one-person marketing team.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
Experience working in the staffing/recruitment industry.
Exposure to international markets and employer branding.
Understanding of DEI marketing and inclusive messaging.
Direct collaboration with the CEO and visibility across the company.
