Role Purpose:
Migrating 300 customers from our legacy BTV platform to the new platform in 12 months, working within the BTV PMO team with 4 other team members, the (2) project managers will be focused on this specific project.
Responsibilities
1. Accomplishes the following duties independently: Manage all aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
2. Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
3. Manage project financials.
4. Ensure control of the project: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change.
5. Responsible for mapping project processes and defining and resolving process gaps. Ensure project management deliverables adhere to current procedures and quality standards.
6. Communicate project/program status effectively to variety of audiences including: internal and client cross-functional teams, senior leaders and executives.
7. Manage client relations and expectations
