We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementations. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure, and governance-aligned ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules in a complex enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, integration strategy, platform roadmap guidance, and ensure audit-ready compliance aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
Define architecture standards, patterns, and reference models
Design integration solutions and document data flows
Develop architecture decision records and governance documentation
Provide platform roadmap recommendations and technical debt reduction strategies
Design mobile architecture patterns and recommend ServiceNow Mobile App use cases
Define AI / Copilot integration guardrails and architectural recommendations
Ensure audit-ready documentation supporting governance, security, and SDLC compliance
5+ years architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
5+ years deep expertise in:
CMDB
CSDM
Discovery
Service Mapping
Enterprise data governance
5+ years strong integration experience including:
REST / SOAP APIs
IntegrationHub
MID Server
Event ingestion from monitoring tools
Identity integrations (SSO, SAML, OAuth)
5+ years proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration practices including:
JavaScript
Glide APIs
Flow Designer
ATF
Update sets
Source control
CI/CD
Performance optimization
Demonstrated experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with governance and audit requirements
Strong stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM
Architect-level recognition (CTA considered an asset)
Experience integrating:
ServiceNow Mobile App
Virtual Agent
AI-assisted workflows
Copilot-style integrations
Public sector experience (considered an asset)
