About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join their team on a 1-month contract to cover an open role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-facing position and enjoys maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. There is potential for extension and possible full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reception and ensure a positive visitor experience

  • Maintain and organize office supplies

  • Restock stock rooms and restrooms

  • Support general office upkeep and cleanliness

  • Submit work orders to the landlord for maintenance requests

  • Provide timely updates to leadership and communicate effectively with management

  • Assist with light facilities coordination (maintenance handled by landlord)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with facilities coordination is considered an asset

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook

  • Comfortable with basic computer functions
