Our client is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join their team on a 1-month contract to cover an open role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-facing position and enjoys maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. There is potential for extension and possible full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
Manage guest reception and ensure a positive visitor experience
Maintain and organize office supplies
Restock stock rooms and restrooms
Support general office upkeep and cleanliness
Submit work orders to the landlord for maintenance requests
Provide timely updates to leadership and communicate effectively with management
Assist with light facilities coordination (maintenance handled by landlord)
Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Experience with facilities coordination is considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Comfortable with basic computer functions
1–2 virtual interviews
