Data Analyst - 2026-14

Role Accountabilities:
  • Supporting Operational Work and Projects: You'll assist the team with operational work along with various projects related to technology and Data, including:
  • Provide administrative support for key workplace technology, this includes system configuration, group and role assignments, and floor plan updates.
  • Support the deployment, auditing, and ongoing maintenance of Relogix sensors to ensure stable, consistent, and reliable data collection across our corporate and branch offices.
  • Support the triage and resolution of technology issues and ad hoc requests through the team inbox and Jira.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of PP&S technology ecosystem, including data mapping & migration, data input and validation, and system configuration.
  • Work on ad hoc analysis requests to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Maintain and develop reports to track key metrics and trends.
  • Assist with documenting and maintaining operational and system processes.
General Administrative Support: 
  • You'll provide general administrative support to the Technology and Data team, including:
  • People Places & Spaces on site team coverage.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

  • Enrollment in, or completion of a post-secondary program related to Data Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently and proactively.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and toolsets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred).
  • A passion for data and a commitment to contributing to a data-driven culture.
