We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Project Manager for a contract consulting engagement supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at motivating teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-value technical and business outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead ServiceNow projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements and client expectations
Partner with stakeholders to assess current processes and systems, define requirements, and design and configure ServiceNow solutions
Manage system configurations, workflow customizations, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
Support project teams, mentoring technical and functional resources, and providing expert guidance on best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management to coordinate development efforts and resolve project issues
Deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform, including ITIL process implementation
Prepare proposals, lead presentations, and build relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
Contribute to practice development by documenting methodologies, developing intellectual property, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities to optimize processes across ITSM, HR, Customer Service, and other workflow domains
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s, MBA, or Information Systems degree is a plus)
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist; advanced certifications are a plus
ITIL certifications (Foundations, Intermediate, Expert) and/or PMP certification are considered an asset
4+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, development, and project leadership
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
Proven project management skills, including direct client interaction and delivery of complex projects
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience facilitating workshops, preparing presentations, and producing process documentation
Experience with other ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager) and workflow technologies (HR Case Management, Customer Service Management) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with technical and functional stakeholders
