Job Description:
  •  As a Change Management Specialist, you bring expertise to assessing the human impact of new Banking Product initiatives and creating the strategies needed to successfully realize results. You understand that effective change requires balancing enterprise objectives with the needs and readiness of our people.
  • You will work closely with project teams, communication experts, and senior sponsors, serving as the critical thread that ensures new processes and products are adopted and integrated effectively. You build actionable plans to manage the transition from current to future states by identifying major impact areas, mitigating change risks, and designing targeted team member readiness tactics.
  • You’ll be naturally empathetic, curious about organizational dynamics, and skilled at influencing and coaching stakeholders to champion change. Your work ensures clarity, minimizes disruption, and maximizes the long-term benefit of our strategic initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of change(s) being introduced and clearly identify and segment all impacted stakeholders.
  • Create and coordinate the execution of detailed change strategies and plans that integrate seamlessly with enterprise-wide strategies to enable effective change introduction and realization.
  • Develop team member readiness tactics and establish change metrics to measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
  • Work alongside and within the processes of the internal communications team to ensure the development and deployment of effective communications tactics.
  • Design and execute focused stakeholder engagement activities and ensure the preparation and coaching of change sponsors.
  • Serve in an advisory and coaching role to leaders and teams on best practices for managing change.
  • Relationship builder and influencer – a diplomatic team player highly skilled in Empathy, Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Influence to build strong coalitions necessary for successful enterprise change.
  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in successfully planning and executing complex, end-to-end change management strategies for large organizational projects, showing deep competence in Change Management and Project Delivery principles.
  • Deep expertise in Change Management practices, including Assessing Impact, designing Stakeholder Engagement tactics, Team Member Journey Mapping, and leveraging Feedback Analysis to measure successful change realization.
  • Is able to consult, think critically and strategically, applying Systems Thinking to complex change challenges in order to effectively prioritize needs, formulate clear recommendations, and act in an advisory/coaching role.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication across all channels (Written and Verbal Communication), with proven ability in Storytelling to articulate the change vision and expertly manage expectations across all organizational levels.
  • A solid understanding of modern delivery methods, including working within Agile Ways of Working and applying project disciplines like Program & Portfolio Management and Project Risk & Issue Management.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Learning, Organizational Behavior, or a related field AND/OR at least one change certification in an industry-accepted change methodology (e.g., CCMP, Prosci).
