Job description:

• Provide technical guidance: Assist teams during workshops to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business needs and ITIL best practices;
• Develop innovative technical solutions: Participate in the design of technical solutions around ServiceNow, taking into account functional needs and best practices;
• Support the deployment phases: Support the major stages of the ServiceNow HRSD deployment, including configuration, testing and production launch;
• Create and refine backlog stories, collaborate with product owners to define technical and functional requirements, and refine backlog stories to ensure smooth implementation;
• Working with architects for all architectural needs, change narratives (configuration or otherwise) will need to be presented to the Technical Management Committee for approval before moving forward to make the changes;
• Be able to work with the existing team that manages the portal before making any changes.
