User Researcher - Org Experience
We are seeking an experienced User Researcher to join our team and run research initiatives
for our Org Experience product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user-centered
design strategies and drive product innovation through insightful research.

About the Role
As the User Researcher for Org Experience, you will play a crucial role in nurturing user
research practices within our organization, working closely with design and product teams to
inform decision-making and enhance user experiences. This remote based position requires
some in-office presence in Toronto for workshops and collaborative sessions.

Key Responsibilities
● Research Leadership: Spearhead and execute self-reporting projects, strategy
initiatives, and integration projects.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to integrate
research findings into product development processes.
● Interview Conduction: Lead customer interviews and participate in product and
Customer Success Manager (CSM) interviews.
● User Testing: Design and conduct user testing sessions to gather valuable insights on
product usability and user experience.
● Strategic co-facilitation: Help facilitate multi-stakeholder strategic sessions, such as
discovery, co-creation, or visioning workshops.
● Strategic Input: Contribute to strategy initiatives by providing data-driven insights and
recommendations.
● Research Methodology: Employ various research methodologies, including secondary
research when required, to gather comprehensive user insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
● Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research
● Research Planning: Expertise in developing comprehensive research plans, including
defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, creating timelines, and research materials such as discussion guides. Ability to align research initiatives with product goals and organizational priorities.
● Interview Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead customer interviews and participate
in stakeholder interviews.
● Research Proficiency: Strong skills in user testing, qualitative and quantitative
research methods, and secondary research techniques.
● Strategic Thinking: Capability to translate research findings into actionable insights for
design and product strategy.
● Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present research
findings clearly and persuasively.
● Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with common UX research tools and software.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or
a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

● Nice to have: Knowledge of service design and its output (journey maps, service
blueprints)
