Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
▪ Develop stakeholder analysis and project communications planning.
▪ Manage resource assignments across all programs, build timelines, and drive
accountability.
▪ Coordinate closely with the AOR to:
o Leverage their expertise in templating, tone, branding, and development.
o Develop a seamless process for transitioning updated content into the new
content management system (CMS).
o Ensure integration of all critical applications from legacy systems.
▪ Ensure technical assets (environment, internal resources/IT) are in place to facilitate
AOR and other project staging and testing needs.
▪ Establish an agile framework with iterative sprints to develop, review, and approve
content.
▪ Develop contingency plans to ensure projects goals are met.
▪ Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as required.
The senior program manager will also be responsible for managing and advancing a vast
amount of content development. Specifically:
▪ Act as a liaison between program contact leads and communicators to plan, drive
and finalize content for various programs and services.
▪ Execute dedicated “content build weeks” to maximize time, meet timelines and
achieve results.
o Work concurrently with multiple departments, tailoring coaching sessions to
meet program-specific needs while aligning with NL Health Services
standards.
o Provide hands-on guidance during sprint planning and reviews,
collaborating closely with the project director to ensure program teams meet
their deliverables.
▪ Coach program teams to evaluate and modernize their content, guiding them
through tone, structure and format updates. This will be completed using an already
developed template as a benchmark.
▪ In alignment with privacy policies and other applicable practices/policies, leverage
tools like ChatGPT to expedite content updates, particularly tone and style
alignment. This approach is crucial given the absence of dedicated copywriters,
ensuring programs can achieve consistency and quality within tight deadlines.
