Contract Administrator - 19251

Procurement skills.
  • Accurately and efficiently create purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, Service Entry Sheets, supplier master creation and maintenance in accordance with company policies and procedures and SOX compliance
  • Reconcile invoices to purchase orders or credit card transactions to receipts and expense reports where required.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Analyze supplier contracts and spend data, deliver insights, identify and implement cost saving and value generating opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to streamline procurement operations
  • Support contract negotiations with new and existing suppliers
  • Support the Procurement Specialists, and other Procurement team members in the analysis, planning and execution of large sourcing projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives and projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement
  • Manage supplier compliance to contract terms and Procurement programs related to ESG, Supplier Due Diligence, Supplier Sustainability and Diversity, among others

What you bring
  1. Highly detail oriented, organized, and have exceptional analytical skills
  2. Knowledge of Google applications (Sheets) and Microsoft Office tools
  3. Strong understanding of Procurement Source to Pay processes
  4. SAP S4 Hana an asset
  5. Ability to embrace and adapt to change in a continuous learning environment
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced and demanding environment
  8. Proven analytical abilities and the use of Google Sheet/Excel pivot tables
  9. Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiations, including legal and commercial terms and conditions (i.e. pricing, performance management and SLA development)
  10. Proactive mindset to identify process improvement opportunities
  11. Systematic approach to solving problems
  12. Hyper-focused on delivering great customer experiences aligned to our outcomes
  13. Adept at working in a highly collaborative lean, agile environment
  14. Well-versed in the interplay between business, technical and customer needs
  15. Ability to work independently
Education, Experience, Professional Designations
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as business administration: operations management, and management information systems
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
  3. SCMP, MBA, PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are definite assets
