Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to spearhead our enterprise-wide Zscaler zero trust implementation. This role combines strong project management expertise with deep understanding of zero trust architecture to transform our healthcare security landscape.

Primary Project Focus:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Zscaler's zero trust platform:
• Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) deployment
• Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) rollout
• Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) integration
• Manage phased migration from legacy security systems to zero trust architecture
• Coordinate integration with existing security tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Consolidation of tenants and simplification
• Support additional business units and use cases.

• Project Management Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive project plan for Zscaler implementation.
• Manage project budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Mitigate risks and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams including security, network, and application teams.
• Track and report project metrics and KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and change management.

Technical Knowledge Required:

4. Cloud security and access management
5. Identity and access management systems
6. Security controls and frameworks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
2. 10+ years combining project management and cybersecurity experience
3. Essential to have a proven track record managing enterprise-wide security transformation projects in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
4. PMP Certification required
5. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP highly valued
