Description:
The Project Manager’s primary role and function assumes overall responsibility to ensure delivery excellence. The Project Manager is responsible for establishing trustworthy customer relationships and guaranteeing customer satisfaction for all delivery-based initiatives – specifically with managing projects through to the agreed outcomes. This role has a lot of emphasis in not only representing the ServiceNow delivery practices but acts as a management consultant liaison for the customer.
- Represents the delivery initiatives as per the objectives agreed to in the statement of work documents.
- Reviews and contributes to the creation of metrics, reports, and charters.
- Performs charter reviews with the customer, sales and delivery leads
- Regularly meets with the members of the project delivery team and aligns key initiatives and governance.
- Acts as the primary point of escalation for the customer project teams where significant issues or concerns might arise.
- Acts as the thought leader in understanding and inspiring programs for future state.
- Assists with best practice enforcement and process improvements.
