As a Business Systems Analyst contractor you will make a difference in the way client's employees work. You will leverage your technical acumen, creative problem-solving, collaborating and interpersonal skills to take on a broad array of challenges and deliver operational and customer service excellence. You will be key to maintaining data integrity, functionality and enhancements within our SuccessFactors foot print.

As a Business Systems Analyst contractor you will make a difference in the way employees work. You will leverage your technical acumen, creative problem-solving, collaborating and interpersonal skills to take on a broad array of challenges and deliver operational and customer service excellence. You will be key to maintaining data integrity, functionality and enhancements within our SuccessFactors foot print.

Here's how

• Act as a SME in SF delivery
o Be the lead on translating business requests into formal business requirements and seeing them through the phases of an agile project to delivery
o Ensuring our HR system (core HR, pay, benefits and time) is properly configured and according to legislation, collective agreement, internal polices and/or best practice
o Support daily payroll and time management operations in the area of issue and escalation management, that includes reporting, analyzing and resolving issues
o Perform quality testing in our test and production environments, supporting all changes in your portfolio
o Lead or assist in various projects, system changes and audits.
• Operate as a Trusted Advisor and Ambassador:
o Own your relationship with our customers and be the point of contact for their requests
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and deliver various programs for our team members, with a slant towards the team member experience
o Support incident/escalation processes to minimize system outage time and exceed the quality of service
• Provide critical business insights and thought leadership
o Build strong relationships across the HR community and represent HR Operations at meetings both internally and externally with vendor partners
o Act as a HRIS subject matter expert and conduct systems analysis including recommendations that drive strategic solutions
o Prioritize the customer experience above all else
o Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive improved team member experiences


Must to have skills:
1. 2 to 3 years of systems delivery experience specificly related to Employee Central Payroll ou ECC (Sap On-Prem HP1) Payroll
2. Experience in SuccessFactors (mostly EC, ECT and ECP; SAP On-prem is a plus)
3. Talented at translating complicated and seemingly impossible asks into clear, easy to understand and doable actions to meet your customers’ requirements
4. Recognized for managing numerous competing priorities and commitments with extremely high attention to detail, in an organized manner

Nice to have skills:
1. Working knowledge and/or experience working in an HR environment supporting HR programs, policies and related processes
2. Solid communicator and collaborator who can build strong relationships
3. Able to support change management efforts including process documentation
4. Experience building, assigning and tracking testing scenarios
