Job Description:
The Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating the development of integrated program/portfolio/project management processes and standards in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH). The role involves guiding discussions, creating essential project management documentation, and executing project tasks to ensure smooth delivery and transition of projects.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in project management and business analysis, particularly within health authorities or the Ministry of Health.
    • Strong background in developing and implementing project management processes and standards.
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in creating project management documentation, including process diagrams, templates, and checklists.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop detailed budget spreadsheets and project charters.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly in relation to the Ministry of Health.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
