What you’ll do:

You’re an integral part of a team that will shape the evolution of communication related to digital transformation initiatives. We are on a journey to become a cloud-based and digital-native services organization, and to help us get there, we need to remove complexities in our business, legacy technology and networks, and simplify our product offerings. You will also help build our team culture through creative and compelling communications.

As Senior Communications Manager, Communications and Culture, you will own, evolve, lead, and execute on communications plans that drive end user adoption of our system changes and fostering engagement of our team's change-driven culture. You wear several hats: communications prime, campaign manager, and storyteller. You have a strategic mindset but enjoy tactical execution including copywriting, knowledge documentation, developing and deploying newsletters, presentations and other communications. You will also contribute to our team's social media account and create new ways to build our team's brand and culture.

You’ll help ensure our written communications is clear and relevant and matches our brand voice & tone. You’ll contribute to the team’s content strategy goals, along with any other content initiatives that are required to help teams be successful.

What you’ll be responsible for:

You will own and evolve the communications and campaign strategies for digital transformation changes, interlocking with change partners within business teams and within a project team.

● Crafting fresh, engaging, user-focused copy that demystifies complex products and processes and generates excitement and that builds upon a leading user experience
● Understanding brand identity and ensure voice & tone alignment
● Collaborating with cross-functional product owners, user experience specialists, and designers to translate high-level concepts into tangible digital experiences through copy
● Incorporating feedback and comments from cross-functional partners while being mindful of deadlines
● Liaise between other teams and our third party translation provider to ensure effective communication and the smooth exchange of information
● Working with teams in establishing new terminology, along with researching and building terminology as required
● Addressing gaps in the translation/revision process and propose solutions?

What you’ll need to be successful:

● Senior level candidates with over 7 years of relevant experience
● Be experienced in using communications tools such as Adobe Campaign, Camtasia and other multimedia applications
● Ability to prioritize deadlines across multiple teams and shift between projects with ease
● Strong working knowledge of designing new communications, developing a customer journey, and creating or evolving existing copy
● Passionate about internal engagement and stakeholder relationship management

Great to haves

● Telecommunications experience
● Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow
● Experience in change management and project management
● Bilingualism in French and English – oral and written fluency in both languages
