Actual Job Title: Integrator - Business Solutions

JOB BRIEF

• Determine needs and recommend solutions tailored to clients' needs
• Compile data from customers
• Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software
• Conduct data review and analysis
• Determine customer needs based on data analysis
• Prepare the Quote
• Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to customers (technical specifications)

• Carry out the complete implementation process
• Configure, prepare and install the various solutions at the customers' premises
→ Know and manage the different types of environment
→ Master tools to set up the prerequisites (SQL Database, Management Studio, ODBC Connector, Reporting, PowerBi, Vbscript, Regex,...)
→ Maintain certifications and knowledge of the products supported by the delivery team
• Properly document every development and installation
• Prepare mandatory documents for integrations (Scope of work)
• Prepare and perform software demonstrations
• Support POC and UAT projects to grow sales
• Act as a point of contact for clients
• Act as a resource person for customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Answer customer questions as well as solve any problem
• Provide support and training for the various solutions installed (call taking, emails, customer contacts)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of system and network administration
• Bilingualism

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of M-Files or similar solutions is a mandatory - 2 yrs minimum • Analytical mind
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively • Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of ECMS solutions in general, focus on AP solutions and RDMS - Xerox solutions desired • Proficiency in web services and API (an asset and desired)
