The Senior Technical IT Leader will oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune and Azure. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and efficiency of IT systems across Endpoint Security Management, Image Management, Patch Management and Mobile Device Management. What We Need
10+ years of experience in SCCM administration, including software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune/Azure, including Mobility Device Management and MAM
Strong knowledge of image creation and management tools such as MDT and ADK
Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Display a documented history of new business development ideal
Proficiency in managing SCCM infrastructure (site servers, distribution points, management points). Expertise in software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment using SCCM. Strong troubleshooting skills for SCCM-related issues
Intune Administration: Experience with configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM. Ability to implement and enforce security policies and compliance settings
Knowledge of co-management scenarios and migrating endpoints from SCCM to Intune
Image Management: Skills in developing and maintaining standardized OS images
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK)
Windows Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues efficiently
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams and provide support to end-users
Documentation:Ability to document processes, procedures, and configurations clearly and accurately
