Create and maintain project for HI-CAS systems
 Day-to-Day management of HI-CAS system activities
 Represent HI-CAS systems in sprint cycles and ensure that work is assigned correctly to team
members
 Attend workflow development sessions
 Provide HI-CAS system requirements, workflow designs, solution designs and testing plans
 Ensure the team has created/updated test scripts
 Manage the testing cycles for HI-CAS systems

 Manage defect management process for HI-CAS systems
 Coordinate design, development, test and deployment activities with HI-CAS vendors
 Obtain sign off and approval on all project artifacts relating to HI-CAS systems
 Create risks and issues in the program log
 Assess impact for correct prioritization of issues
 Contribute to cutover activities
 Develop communications required for HI-CAS system stakeholders
 Develop and manage the HI-CAS project to operations transition artifacts
 Provide weekly status reports
 Health care experience preferred
 Experience working at Fraser Health
 Experience with leading software development teams
 Experience working with HL7, APIs, etc.
 Experience with Integration Platform such as MS Biztalk
 Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects
 Experience working with provincial registries
 Experience working with Meditech preferred
 Experience of 7+ years
 Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including clinical users, provincial partners,
vendors, etc.
 Experience working with a diverse group of clinical users
 Experience working with EMPI
 Experience in navigating change in a clinical environment for clinical systems in Lab, Surgical,
Critical Care, Medical Imaging and Cardiology, etc.
